Job summary

Longwood Collective, Inc. seeks a Project Manager for District Services to oversee district-wide operations in the LMA, coordinating construction, city services, asset management, and placemaking programs.

You will supervise the Area Planning Field Assistant and collaborate with city agencies and contractors for timely, on-budget delivery. The role emphasizes relationship-building with public agencies, vendor management, budget oversight, and program implementation across beautification,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in urban planning, construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of applicable professional experience.
• Knowledge of municipal government operations preferred.
• CAD and GIS familiarity desirable.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Prior supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison with City, State and regional agencies on construction coordination, city services, and initiatives.
• Lead major initiatives such as wayfinding and signage projects, including vendor management and on-time delivery.
• Train and supervise the Area Planning Field Assistant in field tasks and surveys.
• Maintain contacts at member institutions and public agencies for coordination.
• Oversee department activities related to construction coordination, city services, asset management and planning operations.
