Qualifications

• Associate degree required; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 5+ years field service or technical service experience.
• 2+ years leadership, supervisory, or team coordination experience preferred.
• Experience scheduling field service personnel and managing customer escalations.
• Experience using service management software (e.g., D365), CRM, or ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead district service team and oversee daily operations.
• Oversee scheduling and deployment of Field Service Engineers.
• Monitor service capacity and resource needs with District/Operations Manager.
• Ensure response times, service quality, and documentation meet SLAs.
• Manage customer escalations and drive proactive communication.
• Support onboarding and development of team members for performance.
