Job summary

Mazak Corporation in Phoenix, Arizona is seeking a District Service Supervisor to lead the Western Technology Center service team. You will oversee day-to-day operations to ensure safe, efficient service delivery and outstanding customer support.

Responsibilities include scheduling, technician utilization, managing escalations, and workforce development, while coordinating with Field Service Team Leads, Service Engineers, the District Manager, and the Operations Manager to drive service

Qualifications

• 5+ years of field service or technical service experience.
• 2+ years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Experience scheduling field service personnel and managing escalations.
• Experience with service management software (D365) or CRM/ERP.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily scheduling and deployment of Field Service Engineers to ensure efficient utilization and adherence to response time commitments.
• Monitor district service capacity and address workload imbalances with District/Operations Manager.
• Ensure inquiries, service requests, and escalations are addressed within SLA.
• Coordinate parts, tooling, and resources to support field service activities.
• Assist with onboarding and mentoring of new service personnel.
• Oversee technician overtime and recommend resource adjustments when necessary.
