Ideal candidates have 5+ years of leadership experience, 3+ years in multi-unit oversight, and strong P&L proficiency. The role offers a competitive salary with a $500 monthly vehicle allowance and additional benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of leadership/management experience.
• 3+ years of multi-unit operational oversight in a high-volume setting.
• Proficiency with P&L statements and financial oversight.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Manage client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Lead, coach, and develop supervisors, account managers, and field teams.
• Oversee daily operations, including scheduling and resource allocation across sites.
• Manage district financial performance with full P&L responsibility.
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
• Perform other related duties as required.
