Job summary

BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a licensed School Psychologist to support a district-wide program.

The contract role involves conducting comprehensive evaluations, providing consultative guidance to educators and families, and contributing to IEP planning to boost student outcomes. You will travel within the district, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and document evaluations and meetings in a compliant, data-driven manner.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Psychology or related field.
• Valid New Mexico PED School Psychologist License.
• Experience as a school psychologist or diagnostician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct an average of 30-40 comprehensive evaluations for students across the district.
• Provide consultative support to teachers, administrators, and parents regarding assessment outcomes and intervention strategies.
• Develop recommendations to improve the academic and behavioral performance of students.
• Contribute to the design and implementation of individualized education programs (IEPs).
• Maintain detailed and compliant documentation of evaluations, recommendations, and meetings.
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, supporting data-driven decisions.
• Serve as a resource and advocate for student mental health needs.
