Job summary

Pet Supermarket is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead operations across multiple stores in the Sunrise, FL region. You will hire, train, and develop store leadership to drive sales growth, ensure customer satisfaction, and maintain product quality while sustaining district financial performance and safety standards.

You will coach managers, monitor metrics, and implement best practices to maximize profitability, customer experience, and store execution across the district.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent, preferably in Business, Retail or Marketing.
• Experience leading multi-store teams and district operations.
• Strong communication, analytical and cost-control skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee district store operations, drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Hire, train, and develop Store Managers and teams within the district.
• Monitor expenses, payroll, and profitability; enforce safety and loss prevention measures.
• Coach managers to meet brand standards, merchandise execution, and inventory controls.
• Lead regional initiatives, reporting results to senior leadership and steering action plans.
