As a District Sales Manager Trainee for Frito Lay, you will complete a 9-month onboarding program to develop the skills needed to promote into a Sales District Manager role. During onboarding, you'll undergo 4-6 months of route-level training to learn the business foundation, understand our Direct Store Delivery (DSD) network and supply chain, and grasp the role of frontline route sales reps you will eventually lead. As a District Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of a sales district, leading 10-15 Route Sales Representatives (RSRs) and managing a $5-15 million business. Strong leadership, interpersonal skills, and adaptability in a dynamic environment are crucial for success in this role.
