A seasonal retail company is seeking a District Sales Manager for their stores in Raleigh, NC. This position starts in July and runs through November. Responsibilities include managing the operations of an average of 3 stores, overseeing sales, payroll, recruiting, and training staff. Candidates should possess 2 to 5 years of multi-store supervisory experience, be at least 21 years old, and have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Compensation

Weekly rate ranges from $1,050 - $1,075 per week and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

• The District Sales Manager is a seasonal position, which starts in July and typically ends in November.
• Responsible for all aspects of the store operation (average 3 stores), including sales, payroll recruiting, training, employee relations, expense control, shrink and all related functions.
• Duties also include construction and opening, operating and closing/tear down of the assigned Spirit stores.
• Applicants must be at least 21, have a flexible schedule and have 2 to 5 years experience in a multi-store supervisory position.
• Physical demands require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.
