Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Sales experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of Leadership/Management experience.
• Previous background in the fitness industry with focus on sales and management.
• Strong communication skills for interacting with employees and vendors.
• Excellent relationship building skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure gym locations operate efficiently and effectively.
• Recruit, train, and develop gym managers and staff.
• Lead a team of sales managers and fitness consultants.
• Monitor sales performance and implement improvements.
