Sysco Philadelphia, LLC is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead a team of Sales Consultants, drive profitable growth, and implement the Sysco Way to Sell. You will coach, train, and develop staff, manage territory, and collaborate with customers to expand service options and improve performance.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic planning, and hands-on coaching in a fast-paced foodservice environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional service and sales results.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred in related field.
• 2+ years' experience growing profitable sales in foodservice.
• 5+ years' foodservice sales experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manages the performance and development of Sales Consultants within the district.
• Conducts 3-5 coaching sessions per week with SCs.
• Leads district meetings weekly to educate, inspire and drive behavior changes.
• Directs Customer Engagement to provide expanded service options.
• Coaches and trains associates; leverages CMP and QPP processes.
• Performs territory planning and management; builds top customer relationships.
