Job summary

ADP, Inc. seeks a district sales supervisor to optimize sales and services by overseeing daily activities of the sales team and district office.

The role aims to achieve the Corporation’s business plan objectives in sales, marketing, and operations within the assigned district. The position requires leading the district’s sales development, guiding retailers, training staff, and ensuring professional performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field preferred.
• Seven or more years of sales experience in a retail or wholesale environment, at least five of which include staff management.
• Proficient in retail marketing and sales techniques; ability to lead and motivate route sales personnel.
• Must possess a valid state of Georgia driver’s license and an acceptable motor vehicle record.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Prepare district sales development plan to meet statewide sales/revenue goals.
• Direct field support to district retailers, ensuring quality visit cycles and good customer service.
• Train and motivate sales staff on sales and promotion techniques; promote effective selling and explain terminal software/hardware.
• Manage the district professionally, maintaining fairness and flexibility in interactions with retailers, the public, and staff.
• Coach sales staff in proven lottery sales and marketing strategies.
• Communicate across GLC departments and district staff to maintain strong representation of the district.
• Perform field visits to retailers, help establish retailer networks including corporate accounts, and support CEO requests.
• Recruit, train, supervise and evaluate Sales Representatives and support staff.
