• Coach and develop Event Sales Specialists and Senior Event Sales Specialists through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and outreach coaching.
• Hold reps accountable to quotas, activity standards, and guest experience quality.
• Proactively identify high-potential reps and set development goals for advancement.
• Own district revenue performance and use Power BI to monitor trends and coaching needs.
