Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment in Seattle is seeking a District Sales Manager to lead Event Sales Specialists and Senior Event Sales Specialists, coaching them to hit their quotas and grow their careers. You’ll be the conduit between field reps, venue ops, Call Center, and Enterprise, driving district performance with a camera-first policy reflecting our brand.

This field-driven role rewards collective district results with a quarterly bonus.

Qualifications

Proven background in sales leadership, hospitality management, or a related field.
Track record of coaching and developing reps to quota attainment and career growth.
Strong understanding of group and event sales and performance expectations.
Data-driven approach with comfortable use of reporting tools like Power BI.
Exceptional communicator, able to motivate a team and represent the district.
Highly organized, able to manage multiple reps and escalations.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop Event Sales Specialists and Senior Event Sales Specialists through regular 1:1s and pipeline reviews.
Hold reps accountable to quotas, activity standards, and guest experience quality.
Identify high-potential reps and invest in goal-setting conversations.
Ensure smooth onboarding and ramp for new hires.
Own district revenue performance and use Power BI to monitor trends.
Manage pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and conversion rates.
