Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a District Sales Manager in Houston, TX. You will lead and coach Core selling teams, guiding Event Sales Specialists to hit quotas and grow careers while partnering with venue ops, Call Center, and Enterprise.

You’ll own district revenue, use Power BI to monitor performance, oversee onboarding, and drive a high-visibility, field-focused leadership presence across the district, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in sales or hospitality management with coaching experience.
• Track record of achieving quotas and developing team members.
• Strong data-driven approach and comfort with BI dashboards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and events as needed.
• Experience with Power BI, Excel and office collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coach and develop Event Sales Specialists and Senior Event Sales Specialists through regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and outreach coaching.
• Hold reps accountable to individual quotas, activity standards, and quality of guest experience.
• Proactively identify high-potential reps and invest in goal-setting conversations that set them up for the next level.
• Ensure smooth onboarding and ramp for new team members joining the Core segment.
• Own total district revenue performance and monitor BI-driven trends for coaching needs.
