• Valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises sales staff, staffing, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Attains targeted sales and manages budgetary guidelines for the department.
• Develops relationships with customers and vendors, addressing needs and issues promptly.
• Leads major account presentations, industry meetings, and competitive analysis.
• Responds to customer inquiries and manages complaints and emergencies.
• Maintains prospect lists and processes rebates and incentives.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
