Performance Foodservice in Wisconsin is seeking a district sales supervisor to lead the sales staff within the district, contribute to the regional sales plan, and drive sales growth and profitability. You will oversee a team, coordinate with customers and vendors, and ensure timely account management and service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience.
• 4-6 years foodservice sales and team lead or supervisory experience.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervises associates including staffing, training, coaching, performance management and problem resolution.
• Attain targeted sales as determined by business goals and operate department within budgetary guidelines.
• Address customer needs and build relationships with customers and vendors; provide timely, professional assistance.
