Job summary

Alsco Uniforms is seeking a District Manager in Atlanta to oversee daily route operations, delivery performance, and service teams. You will ensure efficient customer service, coach drivers, and enforce safety policies across routes and facilities.

You will lead schedules, manage workload distribution, and respond to escalated issues while maintaining compliance with company procedures. This role requires strong communication and a focus on operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in route operations, delivery management, or logistics leadership.
• 1+ years of direct leadership or supervisory experience.
• Strong communication, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
• Valid driving license and a driving record free of major violations; 21+.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily execution of delivery and service routes for accurate customer service.
• Manage route schedules, territory coverage, and workload distribution for productivity.
• Lead, coach, and develop route drivers and service team members.
• Respond to escalated customer concerns, service issues, and delivery challenges.
• Promote and enforce safety policies and DOT regulations where applicable.
