Brookdale Senior Living in Dallas is seeking an experienced RN Area Nurse Manager to provide clinical leadership across 10 assisted living and memory care communities. You will mentor health and wellness directors, lead education initiatives, and ensure regulatory compliance while traveling between Plano, McKinney, Garland, Dallas, Rockwall and Waxahachie.

The role requires RN delegation expertise, willingness to travel daily, and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• Active RN license and current registration.
• Experience leading clinical teams across multiple senior living communities.
• Experience in RN delegation and clinical leadership development.
• Knowledge of Texas Assisted Living and Memory Care regulations.

Responsabilités

• Provide clinical oversight and mentorship to Health & Wellness Directors and clinical teams
• Train, coach, and develop new clinical leaders
• Lead clinical education, in-services, and quality improvement initiatives
• Ensure regulatory compliance with Texas Assisted Living and Memory Care standards
• Perform RN delegation and provide ongoing clinical support across the district
• Partner with operations leaders to drive resident care and clinical outcomes
