Brookdale Senior Living in the United States seeks an RN-licensed clinical leader to support 11 communities across our continuing care retirement community portfolio. You will drive clinical excellence, develop strong teams, and ensure residents receive exceptional care at every level.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.N.) from a four-year college or university; RN license required.
• Minimum of five to seven years related experience, most in a geriatric field.
• Experience with Memory Care, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides strategic clinical oversight and support of day-to-day skilled nursing operations to Executives and regional teams.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness; develop action plans and oversee quality audits.
• Train and mentor staff, oversee policy implementation, and guide clinical decision making for resident move-ins.
