Job summary

The District Manager Retail will oversee field teams, manage reporting, training, and program oversight, while traveling as required to execute strategies and achieve results.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail management.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• In field coaching of all designated associates in district.
• Maximize execution within your district through regular team calls, one on one coaching, and training.
• Meet client execution expectations by providing reporting to impacted associates.
• Effectively scheduling, managing, and executing all client programs.
• Recruiting, interviewing, hiring and scheduling of direct reports.
