Job summary

ChampionX has a District Representative opening in Triadelphia, WV. You will work with current and new customers to understand needs and propose continuous improvement plans to sustain and grow sales within the territory.

The role involves developing strong relationships with stakeholders, executing sales plans, and providing technical support to resolve customer issues. Some travel within the territory is possible.

Qualifications

• 2 years of industry sales experience.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial) or Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, etc.).
• 3+ years of successful technical sales or field sales support experience.
• 3+ years of experience directly related to well service stimulation business preferred.

Responsibilities

• Work with current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement plans that maintain and grow sales within the territory.
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers.
• Generate and execute sales plans in assigned customer base and new accounts.
• Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving complaints.
• Analyze systems, interpret data, and provide written recommendations to ensure customer operations perform optimally.
• Possibility of travel within the assigned sales territory.

What You Will Do:

• Work closely with current and new customers to understand business needs and recommend continuous improvement plans that will maintain and grow sales within assigned territory
• Develop strong relationships with key stakeholders in current and new customers
• Generate and execute sales plans in assigned customer base and new customer accounts
• Provide technical support to customers, identifying and resolving customer complaints
• Engage in problem solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels
• Possible travel within assigned sales territory

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2 years of industry sales experience
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
• Immigration sponsorship not available for this role

Physical Demands:

• Must have the ability to Lift/Push/Pull/Carry up to 55 pounds chest high
• Role is deemed safety-sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
