Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Class A Texas CDL with passenger and school bus endorsements.
• Current Texas DPS School Bus Driver Certification required.
• Clean driving record with no moving violations.
• Must pass a background check and drug test.

Responsibilities

• Operate and safely drive assigned district vehicles.
• Transport equipment to and from schools and on extracurricular trips.
• Adhere to schedules, routes, and safety protocols.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Report maintenance issues and incidents to dispatch.
