The role focuses on accountability, sales strategy, and leadership development to fuel company growth and a high-performance culture across the district.

Qualifications

• Experience leading multiple fitness clubs or PT departments.
• Proven success in personal training sales and KPI achievement.
• Ability to analyze performance data and drive improvements.
• Strong recruitment and coaching skills for PT teams.

Responsabilités

• Own PT department performance metrics across districts.
• Coach PT leaders to exceed sales targets and provide training.
• Conduct site visits, audits, and sales trainings.
• Develop action plans for underperforming clubs and drive retention.
