Responsibilities
- Own PT department performance metrics across the district.
- Coach PT leaders and staff to exceed sales targets.
- Conduct site visits, audits, and sales trainings.
- Analyze reports and develop improvement plans for underperforming clubs.
- Lead district initiatives to improve client conversion and retention.
- Support new club openings with onboarding and training.
- Partner with Regional and Corporate leadership to align district goals.
