Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field required.
• TASBO certification preferred.
• Knowledge of public procurement procedures.
• Ability to analyze vendor bids and write specifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain contracts and purchase for construction projects.
• Oversee furniture, fixtures, and equipment procurement for bond program.
• Evaluate procurement responses and select suppliers.
• Coordinate with district departments and vendor reps.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Prepare and manage procurement documents and records.
