Job summary

CVS Health is seeking District Support Pharmacists (DSPs) to support store-level pharmacy teams across the district, covering scheduling gaps and acting as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager as needed.

You will travel within the district, ensure safe dispensing, immunizations, and coordinated patient care while upholding CVS Health’s commitment to compassionate service and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Confirm prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety.
• Support the pharmacy team in immunizations and patient care activities.
• Assist in managing inventory and ensuring compliance with policies.
