• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Provide counseling, immunizations, and safe dispensing while guiding the pharmacy team.
• Assist as Pharmacy Manager's proxy during bench shifts when needed.
• Support patient experiences by empathetic care and resolving insurance or medication issues.
