Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across stores in the district. This role requires an active Pharmacist license in the state, an active NPI, and no DEA exclusions.

You will support pharmacy operations and ensure safe, accurate dispensing under the Pharmacy Manager's guidance. The DSP travels within the district to fill shifts, oversees pharmacy workflow, and acts as a proxy for the Pharmacy Manager during shifts.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps within the district as directed by the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader.
• Support pharmacy teams by supervising operations when on duty and traveling between stores within the district.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following approved workflows and safety guardrails.
