Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district, under the supervision of the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader. You will support the pharmacy team, ensure safe dispensing, assist with immunizations, and help manage inventory while traveling to stores as needed.

The role requires an active pharmacist license, an active NPI, and compliance with all CVS Health policies.

Qualifications

Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
Complete required training within designated timeframe.
Ensure prescription information and labeling accuracy for patient safety.
Support pharmacy team with immunizations and patient care.
Assist Pharmacy Manager and supervise during shifts as needed.
Protect patient privacy and security and maintain a safe workplace.
