Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps and support pharmacy teams across the district, ensuring safe dispensing and patient care. You will travel to CVS locations, serving as a Pharmacy Manager’s proxy when needed and helping maintain efficient pharmacy operations.

As a DSP, you will uphold CVS Health standards, coach staff on immunizations and customer service, and contribute to safe, high‑quality patient care in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and act as proxy for Pharmacy Manager when needed.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and follow pharmacy workflow procedures.
