Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Concentrate on tasks and pivot quickly to meet patient and business needs.
• Provide excellent customer service and coach the pharmacy team.
• Communicate clearly with patients and colleagues.
• Perform math to determine prescriptions, days supply, and fills.
• Identify and resolve patient or staff issues.
• Maintain physical stamina and safety when handling medications.
• Accept additional tasks as directed by Supervisor.
