Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support pharmacy operations across the district.
• Fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled and oversee pharmacy workflow.
• Ensure safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and patient counseling.
• Provide immunization services where permissible and train staff.
