Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to oversee scheduling and operations across multiple stores within a district. You will model excellent patient care, support pharmacy teams, and ensure safe dispensing and accurate prescriptions.

The role requires travel within a reasonable radius, strong customer service, and the ability to cover shifts as needed. A valid state pharmacist license and NPI are required, along with a commitment to CVS Health policies and patient safety.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Ability to travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Ability to complete required training within designated timeframe
• Attention and Focus: concentrate on a task, pivot quickly between tasks, ensure prescription labeling accuracy
• Customer Service and Team Orientation: help people, be friendly and cooperative with colleagues
• Communication Skills: verbal and written communication with patients and colleagues
