Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including weekends
• Complete required training within designated timeframe
• Concentrate on tasks over long periods and pivot between tasks to meet patient and business needs
• Verify prescription information and label accuracy to ensure patient safety
• Assist with patient counseling and immunizations as appropriate
• Support inventory management and maintain cold chain integrity
