Job summary

Qualifications
- Active Pharmacist License in the state where the store is located.
- Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
- Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.
Responsibilities
- Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps within the district as directed by Pharmacy Manager and District Leader.
- Support pharmacy teams with safe dispensing, counseling, and immunization practices.
- Travel within a reasonable radius to fill shifts and oversee pharmacy operations as acting Pharmacy Manager’s proxy.
