Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps within the district as directed by the Pharmacy Manager and Rx District Leader.
• Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts and oversee pharmacy operations.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment by following workflow procedures and safety guidelines.
• Act as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts without overlap when needed.
• Coach the pharmacy team to deliver compassionate care and resolve insurance/medication issues.
