Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist (DSP) to cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district, working under the Pharmacy Manager and District Leader to support pharmacy teams. You will be responsible for delivering safe and effective pharmaceutical care with compassion and professionalism.

The DSP role requires travel within the district, willingness to work nights and weekends, and adherence to CVS Health policies.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assistance with training and schedules to cover pharmacist gaps as directed by Pharmacy Manager and DL.
• Support safe dispensing and patient care, including counseling and immunizations.
• Assist with inventory management and protecting cold chain products.
