Job summary

CVS Health Corporation in Alaska seeks a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps across our pharmacy network, support store teams, and model CVS standards of care. You will travel within the district and act as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during shifts to ensure safe, efficient patient care and strong team leadership.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Assist Pharmacy Manager with day-to-day duties when acting as pharmacist-on-duty.
• Lead and coach pharmacy team to ensure safe, accurate dispensing and patient care.
• Immunize patients where permissible and support clinical services.
