Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a District Support Pharmacist to cover scheduling gaps across stores, oversee pharmacy operations, and support the pharmacy team with safe dispensing and patient care. You will travel within the district to fill shifts, ensure compliance with regulations, and enhance patient outcomes through immunizations and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps and support the pharmacy team.
• Oversee safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and counseling.
• Assist with immunizations and clinical care within permissible scope.
• Maintain pharmacy inventory with best practices and cold chain protection.
