Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within the district to fill pharmacist shifts as scheduled by leadership.
• Assist with pharmacy management tasks and support the Pharmacy Manager’s role.
• Ensure safe and accurate dispensing and counseling per workflow procedures.
