Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI)
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing
• Cover pharmacist scheduling gaps across the district
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment
• Maintain patient privacy and professional conduct
