Job summary

CVS Health is seeking District Support Pharmacists to cover scheduling gaps across our pharmacy network. In this role you will travel within the district to support pharmacy teams, ensure safe and accurate dispensing, provide immunizations, and coach staff to deliver compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Active Pharmacist License in the state where the Store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing as business needs require.
• Assist in pharmacist scheduling and pharmacy operations across the district.
• Support safe and accurate prescription fulfillment and immunization practices.
• Act as Pharmacy Manager’s proxy during bench shifts when needed.
• Assist patients with insurance and medication-related issues and coordinate care.
• Maintain compliance with laws, CVS policies, and protect patient privacy.
