Job summary

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license in the state where the store is located.
• Active National Provider Identifier (NPI).
• Not on the DEA Excluded Parties list.

Responsibilities

• Travel within a reasonable radius to support market staffing.
• Regular and predictable attendance, including nights and weekends.
• Complete required training within designated timeframe.
• Ensure prescription accuracy and patient safety.
• Provide patient care including immunizations where permissible.
• Maintain inventory with focus on cold chain products.
• Assist with pharmacy operations and patient counseling.
