Job summary

Interstate Utility Trailer in Franklin, OH is seeking a District Parts Sales professional to cover the Franklin/Dayton territory, selling semi-trailer and commercial vehicle parts to fleets and accounts. You will build and grow relationships with existing customers and identify new opportunities to expand the customer base.

You will follow leads, maintain a strong sales pipeline, and provide weekly reports to management while performing other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience selling heavy‑duty truck, trailer, automotive, or related parts.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Sell semi-trailer and commercial vehicle parts and accessories to fleets and commercial accounts.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the Franklin/Dayton territory.
• Identify new opportunities and follow up on leads to convert prospects to customers.
• Build a strong customer pipeline using all available resources.
• Generate and submit weekly sales reports to management.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

About This Role

We're looking for a driven District Parts Sales to cover our Franklin/Dayton, OH territory. You'll be the go-to contact for customers in your territory, building relationships with existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and following up on leads. You'll sell semi-trailer and commercial vehicle parts and accessories to fleets and commercial transportation accounts. What You’ll Do

• Sell semi-trailer and commercial vehicle parts and accessories to trucking companies, leasing companies, private fleets, municipalities, and commercial transportation accounts
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers in the Franklin/Dayton territory
• Identify new opportunities and follow up on leads to turn prospects into customers
• Use all available resources to reach prospects and build a strong customer pipeline
• Generate and submit weekly sales reports to management
• Perform other duties as assigned

What We’re Looking For

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged standing, walking, and sitting
• Frequent use of hands to handle objects, and reaching with arms and hands
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs
• Ability to read, communicate verbally and in writing, and following instructions
