Univar Solutions is seeking a District Operations Manager to ensure safe, efficient and compliant district-wide operations across multiple California branches. You will lead the district staff, manage budgets, and coordinate with Sales and HR to drive performance.

The role requires HazMat/Hazwoper certifications, 7+ years of operational leadership, and 25–50% travel. Location options include Fairfield, CA and other CA sites; competitive pay and benefits offered.

Qualifications

• HazMat certified
• Hazwoper Certified
• CVI preferred

Responsabilités

• Ensure daily safe, legal operation of all branches in assigned District.
• Lead district operations team and oversee budget, hiring and development of staff.
• Develop budget and operating plans for all branches and monitor progress toward goals.
• Oversee inventory, warehouse, and transportation functions within the district.
• Travel 25-50% within the district; overnight travel as required.
