Job summary

Domino's Pizza is seeking an experienced Field Trainer/Coach to lead coaching and mentoring for GMs, AMs, and crew across stores in Michigan. You will plan on-the-job coaching, provide actionable feedback, and drive professional development and career progression for store leaders.

The role focuses on achieving operational excellence, closing performance gaps, and coordinating with field resources to implement action plans and market initiatives that grow sales.

Responsibilities

• Coach GM, AMs and crew with on-the-job guidance and development
• Conduct annual performance reviews and provide actionable feedback
• Deliver professional development and career mentoring for GMs and AMs
• Identify and address key operational gaps in underperforming stores
• Develop formal action plans and coordinate field resources as needed
• Review financial variables during store visits and pre-planning
• Analyze data to derive actionable business insights and trends
• Create short executive presentations to communicate results
• Present weekly financial/operational updates at leadership meetings
• Ensure stores meet operating plans via P/L reviews and quarterly reviews
• Lead market development efforts to drive sales growth
• Coordinate with Market Leader and field support to develop market plans
• Drive Local Store Marketing initiatives and empower GMs in community engagement
