Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the management of operations and the support team for an assigned district. You will develop and implement operational strategies, resolve issues and guide the district team.

A Company Vehicle or Personal Vehicle is required and an MVR check will be conducted. Qualifications include a BS/BA in a related discipline and 7+ years in the field.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in related discipline.
• Generally 7+ years experience in related field.
• May require certification.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience in some disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate operational and day to day functional activities.
• Communicate to district and regional leadership.
• Manage all district-wide operational strategy rollouts, budgets and goals.
• Collect data and submit reports as needed.
• Determine operational plan with manager, General Manager and Regional Leadership.
• Determine market opportunities for new products and services.
• Ensure operational activities are conducted within expense budget.
