Job summary

Core & Main, based in St. Louis, MO, is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager to lead designated areas, enforce SOPs, and administer staff. This role requires operating a company or personal vehicle more than 20% of a typical work week and will involve an MVR check.

You will train staff, manage functional areas, control expenses, and ensure safety and compliance with policies. Strong leadership and safety program experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Pre-employment assessments may be required.

Responsibilities

• Trains staff to ensure attainment of department performance goals.
• Manages and ensures successful achievement of performance goals of assigned functional areas; controls warehouse expenses.
• Ensures compliance with all personnel policies.
• Promotes a safe working environment and oversees safety programs.
• Enforces Asset Protection and HazMat programs.
• Opens/closes the distribution center; handles refunds and customer issues.
• May act as manager and perform other duties as assigned.
