Community Concierge Services (CCS) is growing quickly in the greater Orlando, FL area. CCS provides doorstep waste and recycling solutions to apartment communities 5-7 evenings per week and is currently looking for a motivated individual to manage evening valet trash operations based in Orlando, including surrounding areas. This role will oversee all doorstep trash and recycling operations within the Orlando Metro and nearby areas. A truck stipend or company vehicle will be provided. This position offers significant growth potential for the right candidate.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Collect trash from various apartment communities
• Manage a part-time workforce
• Proactively resolve service and staffing issues
• Ensure route coverage with porters and fill in as needed
• Work with porters to meet CCS expectations and perform quality audits
• Assist in staffing new communities and replacing porters
• Resolve issues with porters during service
• Perform service audits after routes are completed
• Assist in rolling out new communities, including distributing containers, marketing materials, and staffing
• Complete payroll for assigned communities

Work Schedule: Flexible evenings starting at 6:00 pm, typically ending by 11:45 pm. Weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday) may be required, typically from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm. Remote work during daytime hours at various communities is also expected.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $55,000 base salary
