Community Concierge Services (CCS) is rapidly growing in the greater Orlando, FL area. CCS provides doorstep waste and recycling solutions to apartment communities 5-7 evenings per week and is currently seeking a motivated individual to manage evening valet trash operations based in Orlando, including surrounding areas. This role involves managing all doorstep trash and recycling operations within the Orlando Metro and nearby regions. A truck stipend or company vehicle will be provided. There is significant growth potential for the right candidate.

Primary responsibilities include:

• Collecting trash from various apartment communities
• Managing a part-time workforce
• Proactively resolving service and staffing issues
• Ensuring all routes are covered and filling in as needed
• Collaborating with current porters to meet CCS standards and conducting quality audits
• Assisting in staffing new communities and distributing containers and marketing materials
• Completing payroll for assigned communities

Work Schedule:

• Flexible evenings starting at 6:00 pm, typically concluding by 11:45 pm, with weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday) from 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm as needed. Remote work during daytime at various communities is possible.

Compensation and Benefits:

• $55,000 base salary
